Manual issuance of gift cards
1.Tap the Create manually box in the top right corner of the home page

2. Select which type of manual gift card to create
.
Ordinary payment without payment link
The most commonly used when creating gift cards in stores. Here you create the gift card via the module and receive payment via your own POS system.
OTH – On the house
Used when creating gift cards that are not paid for – e.g. as prizes for competitions or similar.
Payment with invoice
Used when creating gift cards and the customer wants to pay by invoice. You must issue and send an invoice.
Ordinary payment incl. online payment link
The customer receives an email with a payment link. You have 48 hours to pay, otherwise the gift card disappears from the system.
The gift card is not active until payment is made. This feature can be used if someone calls and asks for a gift card, but is unable to come down and pick it up in the store.

3. Select amount
.
You can create several at once – just adjust the number. ‘Internal value’ is optional and can be used to enter a discounted price if the customer has to pay less than the value of the gift card.
4. Enter information
Here you can enter the customer’s details and they will receive an email with the gift card and information. If you enter the store’s details, you will receive an email and can forward it to the customer or, for example, to a competition winner.
The last steps should be self-explanatory.
