As an additional free service, it is possible to automatically send a reminder SMS or email to all participants at a given event.
This reminder can be sent at a specific time up to the event that you decide (e.g. 12, 24, 48 hours), and intuitively include a link to the customer’s ticket(s) that can be presented on arrival.
